SEPTEMBER 2023 — PRESENT

Supervise mechanical assembly shift operations and coordinate 30–40 operators to support productivity, quality and safety goals.

Maintain production and downtime records, daily production documents, inventory verification, and smooth manufacturing flow.

Apply Toyota Production System practices including Kanban and Jidoka to streamline shopfloor activity.

Use Tosok software to support micron-level tolerance matching in compressor components.

Support Kaizen and Level 3/4 Poka-Yoke controls to prevent defects and improve manufacturing quality.

Work with SAP and Excel for operational verification, inventory variance tracking, and production reporting.

Address bottlenecks through time studies, line balancing, and practical shopfloor countermeasures.
